"Great Customer Experience but Mediocre Coffee Originated from Singapore, Flash Coffee has been rapidly expanding in HK with over 11 stores as of now. Loving their eye catching store design and their brand motto to reinvent customer experience through technology, which make a great success in HK that most coffee enthusiasts, or white collar would be aware of their brand in such a short period of time! They have a relatively agreesive pricing strategy that at $26, we could get a black coffee, which is comparable to Starbucks/ PCC at around $34, which is 20+% lower than its major competitors. By no doubt, I do think their coffee’s quality is better than that of major chain stores, at least still got som nuttiness, slight caramel, toasty flavours, yet it’s at mediocre level when comparing with local/ premium coffee shops In short, I’m slightly confused by their market penetration strategy, when comparing with SB/PCC, their coffee quality is better but they don’t provide space for people to sit down and have a chat/ work from cafe; when comparing with local/ premium cafe like NOC, black sugar, their pricepoint is lower but quality is much lower as well Thus, the only pick for ppl to opt for flash coffee is becoz of their pricing? Still quite doubtful to see how this business model would work and will wait and see anyways!"

"Almost everything is sold out at 1 pm, better go earlier haha. The staff is very kind and patient, is sad that the pastry texture of the cinnamon swirl was not fluffy enough, and the cinnamon taste is not strong."

"Nice that it got dining area at the store and staff was very helpful in solving my issue of the flash app. Just a point of note that the alipay $5 coupon doesnt work on the flash app. (It said my coupon is expired while its not) hope Flash can look into the issue. Overall this is a good dining experience at flash."

"There’s a few Flash Coffee locations around HK, and honestly it’s not a bad spot for reasonably priced, quick coffee whenever you’re on the go - definitely a lot more affordable then most mainstream coffee chains around HK. Few food they have such as the waffles are pretty good, and ok options if you want a quick bite with your coffee. If you buy from Flash frequently, I’d recommend downloading the app so you can not only order in advance, but they also have vouchers and special offers to get your coffee for even cheaper."
